What exists in this repository, in the present tense. Intent and future plans live in the product spec; this file describes only what is built. Any change to the Firestore schema, the security rules, or the cadence engine updates this file in the same commit.
Current state: all eighteen build steps exist. Steps 1–9 are the shared list app and the statistical engine; 10–18 are the intelligence layer, behind a Cloud Function proxy and App Check. Everything in 10–18 is inert until the project is on Blaze with an Anthropic key and an App Check site key configured — the app runs on pure statistics without them, which is a supported state rather than a broken one.
